Pros
- There's an amazing level of companionship between colleagues. They are always ready to help and the environment is really friendly
- The Platform is engaging. It's built on top of many different technologies that are not part of the typical startup, so it's an opportunity to learn plenty of new paradigms and approaches. Be ready to absorb knowledge ;)
- There's this "silicon-valley garage" mentality all around that encourages you to experiment with new ideas and products. As an example, there were some experiments using AR during the time I was working there.
Cons
- Maybe a bit more Musli would be nice :)
- At the time I was working there, some development rooms were separated from each other, but that's understandable in an exponentially-growing company I think
