Pros

1) Profitable business that is experiencing high double digit revenue growth y/y. 2) Management is solid 3) Supportive and welcoming colleagues 4) Love the location of the NYC and LA offices. 5) One of (and maybe) the best benefits packages I've ever had. I pay NOTHING out of my paycheck for health insurance and still don't have an annual deductible to meet in order for insurance to start covering. That's unheard of in 2025 and was a huge reason I accepted my offer from Seedtag when I had a competing offer of around the same salary but the health insurance options were garbage. 6) Continuous Learning - There are TONS of resources for you to get trained on essentially any business topic you can think of. It's a perfect landing spot for those that want to learn something new every day. 7) It's rare for a salesperson to say this: Seedtag's marketing team is top notch. They put on fantastic events and create memorable collateral and swag.

Cons

No company is perfect but the Pros far outweigh the Cons at Seedtag. The biggest con only applies to the North American org. Seedtag is based in Madrid so all department heads work out of there. They've only been operating in NA for 2 years. While the USA market is exploding in growth, there is a huge culture clash between Spain and the US that leadership is still having trouble navigating. For instance, they recently decided to push bonus payments from Net 30 to Net 60 (eg Q4 bonuses used to be paid Jan 31st but now it's Feb 28th) which isn't a huge deal but the didn't communicate that decision until the first week of January and did so over a nonchalant email. That may not be a big deal in Spain since their taxes pay for most of their services, but in the uS many of us were banking on that Jan 31st payment and to give 3 weeks notice was just unacceptable. I believe this is also the root issue in other reviews that say the salaries are low. Their HR team doesn't understand US market rates. I got a low offer that I declined but they came back to the table with a significant increase that was much more in line with the market rate for my role and level of experience. The ones complaining about salary probably didn't negotiate their offer. One last thing about Spain... compared to the US, working and careers are not their priority. The Spanish love life and want to experience it to the fullest which is admirable, but when nobody works for the whole month of August, it puts the brakes on a lot of initiatives.
