No pros of working here

The worst organization to work with, I was doing an internship there and because of some family emergency I had to leave. When I told my manager about that, she directly said that I would want you to focus on this and if u can't please leave this. It was promised that I'll get the pay within 45 days and now it's been almost 3 months! the poc has stopped picking up my calls, not replying to my texts and when I call her from other numbers, she says I'll get back to you, and she never does!! when i emailed the company they just ignored it!! I regret working with this org!! least recommended!!!

As of now, I haven't come across any major cons.
