Pros
Centrally located offices; In-office dining for breakfast and lunch; Free parking for non Tel Aviv residents; Dog-friendly; Nice personalities scattered throughout departments, resulting in a friendly feel for the most part; Strong efforts to increase positive perception of company (i.e. marketing team encouraging and helping employees write posts on sites like this plus other mediums)
Cons
Leadership team is unprofessional, even by start-up standards; Employees are often misused (and as De Niro says: "The saddest thing in life is wasted talent."); Sales efforts involve shameless over-promising (there's a certain appreciation internally for "hustling" deals, regardless of how honest the tactics - claim it's a cultural thing?) - under-delivering naturally follows as a pain point for the rest of the company, not to mention for its clients; Everything seems to be carried out last minute, disallowing projects from receiving the level of effort and collaboration they deserve; Seems like most of the old guard is leaving, and those who haven't are looking - nearly all have high disdain for one of the company founders, with a poor track record of verbally abusive rants; Salaries are well below market
