SeeScan is really good at providing the resources their engineers need in order to get their work done. It's a low stress high innovation environment. No tight deadlines, plenty of resources! This place really is a dream to work for. If you're half way competent and work well with others, you won't have any fear of losing your job. The company has extremely low turn over. Only engineers who want to work more than 40 hours a week. SeeScan has a culture of innovation and problem solving. You just can't find that at all companies. There's also a "SeeScan Social Hour" which is 5.5 hours of free craft beer, wine, and a meal on the last Thursday of every month. Every Friday morning there are "Friday Snacks", which is wonderful. Most of our products are made in the U.S.A.
Cons
Insurance benefits aren't the best but everyone in the company gets the same insurance benefits, which is awesome. We change directions frequently so sometimes you don't get a chance to finish a project.
