The leadership team at SSG cares for their employees unlike any other organization I've encountered. There is a clear path for career growth and the client work is meaningful and motivated by excellence. Creativity is always encouraged and you're given the tools to succeed.
Cons
If you prefer a huge organization with a staff of 200+ people, this may not be the place for you. SSG is a boutique agency that offers flexibility, personal relationships and opportunities for growth that can only be found in a smaller setting.
