Pros
Clocking out of there feels great
Cons
Working at SEDA UK has been a deeply disappointing experience. The company culture is marred by rampant backstabbing among colleagues and managers, creating a toxic work environment where trust is non-existent. There's a pervasive blame game between departments, with each team quick to point fingers rather than collaborate towards solutions. Micro-management is the norm, making it impossible to feel empowered or trusted to do one's job effectively. Overtime feels more like an imposed requirement rather than a voluntary effort to meet deadlines or achieve goals. It's disheartening to feel obligated to work beyond regular hours without any acknowledgment or appreciation. Furthermore, favoritism towards individuals from certain countries is blatantly evident, undermining the principles of equality and fairness within the workplace. Overall, my time at SEDA UK has been marred by negativity and disillusionment. I would caution anyone considering employment here to thoroughly evaluate the company culture before committing.
