Engaged senior leadership, very smart and passionate colleagues, great overall goal/mission

Still some existing growing pains from leadership changes a few years ago.

Forgiving when there are mistakes. Thoughtful discussions. Depends on the time of the school year, but most times it's a good work-life balance. Flexible working locations. Good personalities in the company. The company pays a lot of attention to the customers.

No salary raises. Let alone inflation matches. Difficult to get a raise. There's history of mass layoffs but I guess that is not a surprise coming from tech companies post-covid. The lack of raises and the difficulty in getting them are probably the main contributors to my unhappiness while working here.
