Low pay. Need to add promotions

-flexibility -good scheduling - OT

-Pay not great -Poor HR -No PTO -No paid holiday, they say based on site but that's ridiculous -don't be sick or need to call out on weekends, they will ask for every little detail and say they can't accept the call out
