Pros
Good work/life balance, some opportunity for advancement. Compensation is fair for work environment, benefits packages are reasonable and affordable. Company makes an effort, though minimal, to train and prepare new supervisors for leadership roles.
Cons
Very disorganized work environment, every manager seems to be pulling in a different direction. Training staff is a joke, entire class days can be spent listening to someone tell stories about their past jobs and showing you videos they've found on YouTube. HR department ignores calls and emails from both supervisors requesting assistance with administrative or disciplinary issues, as well as employees needing help with payroll, benefits or workplace issues. High turnover of management and supervisory staff fosters a work environment where employees just try to keep their heads down and get by, never trying to step up or improve.
