Not good - Financial Advisor Securian Financial Employee Review

The firm is too inexperienced and not enough resources to keep up with training employees for success. They simply don't know how to advance forward. Also they are frequently harping on about woke topics and diversity/inclusion on weekly meetings. Unfortunately, I would not recommend working here. Its not good for new guys or experienced guys. You will be stuck at a dead end firm. That being said I wouldn't rule out the possibility that this firm will make improvements as time goes on. I hope they do, and I wish them the best.
