Pros
Safe, reliable employment I haven't heard of anyone being laid off due to corporate shakeups. Open and personable business atmosphere, company keeps costs down and areas are generally busy but there's an understanding for a work-life balance. Benefits are above average.
Cons
Being so conservative is essential for the overall financial success of the company but can seem a little over the top at times. At times there's restrictions on individual enhancements that aren't worked into the corporate infrastructure, the corporate technology isn't entirely up to date.
