Outdated systems (get ready to use clunky software as old as you are) Lack of innovation/growth(company rarely hires people who could bring new ideas from outside the company and no room to move up because people never leave) Low pay(very aggressive HR who try to offer much lower salary than industry standard. Within 1 yr of leaving I was making 10+ more)
