Awful executive leadership - Director Secureworks Employee Review

Old CEO was ok and reasonable, the new one is completely clueless. She has driven this company into the ground with bad decisions and lackluster performance to say the least. This used to be a great company to work for. Also, I know for a fact the company tries to locate employees who leave bad Glassdoor reviews. I have seen it happen quite a few times, so be careful if you are still employed here.
