The company preaches culture, it's a great atmosphere, A lot of people doing what you do, always have someone to talk to about a challenge or to celebrate the little wins.
Cons
Commission is partially tied to outside seller's commission. if you want to be promoted your seller is the only way you learn that job, but you have no input into your seller or territory.
