The success and failures of any SMB start with the CEO. Unfortunately he truly doesn’t understand how to run this company successfully. The training is minimal at best. You sell managed services, or cabling or VOIP phones. Good luck trying to get anyone to really explain all of the products you can sell. There is really never any direction for newer sales reps. The CEO has no problem treating reps like they are children. Pay is under whelming. I would advise anyone to stay away from this company no matter what position is available. Save yourself the headache and complete waste of your time
