There are a handful of good people that work there. They deserve much better leadership.

The past reviews speak for themselves. That's not including the obvious fake (positive) reviews posted by HR. The leadership here is WEAK and it's expectations of it's employees are never made clear b/c of how unrealistic and out of touch this group is. They will tell you that it's an IT Services company, However, that's an absolute LIE. The customer retention number is an absolute LIE (90%? Yeah OKAY)... They are a glorified cabling company that couldn't compete with IT companies in it's own town...let alone state or region. "I want you to wake up every morning and fight off an island, every day!" - My manager / CEO said this to me, after coming back from a 2 week summer vacation. Also, would ask me to come in early (5:30a-7:00a drive time)- Only for him to NO Call No Show (No respect as a human).. I was there for 3 months and got one inbound lead. ZERO support, the worst onboarding process ever (read the other reviews, can confirm), No Marketing, No process for inbound, No product training, No Phone, No Business cards... The CRM vendor IS the trainer, who just reads a Power Point slide deck and unable to answer most fundamental questions. If you ask TOO many questions, you become the problem. They absolutely NEED sales there, they just don't WANT sales there. They fail to realize that sales is all about the customer, not about YOU (the company). I knew the minute they gave me a "sample" presentation that was a 50 plus slide deck VoIP presentation. What human can sit through that? No respect for their customer's time or their employees.. Ask to attend weekend events that EVEN the leadership didn't attend, seriously. The people running this company, are not good people... Their Tesla mechanic got more priority than most of the people that work for them... Stay away at all cost.
