- The company bills clients hourly and is obsessed with timesheets so that they can squeeze out their billables - The team is boring to talk to and unresponsive in comms - Very slow-paced work and drawn out meetings to create unimpressive highly-generalized deliverables - Passive-Aggressive and wishy-washy management - Absent Senior Leadership that want to retire - The company is stagnant and is upheld by key partnerships and the founders connections - Revolving door of new hire Managers, SMEs, Consultants, and Assessors trying to solve their problems - Time-Wasting Internal Projects that are never implemented. They only exist to pad out timesheets
