Pros
Work/ life balance is really understood here. Leadership provides space to do your job, but really is quick to act if they can provide anything to help you do it more effectively. Teams are really close knit and willing to jump in to help out. There is space to grow if you become interested in other lines of work.
Cons
There is the possibility that the job and work may change, so what you sign up for may not be what you're doing down the line. This is where the 'flexibility' comes in. Can be good or bad, but it's in line with startup culture.
