Pros
A good company to learn more about IT. Most people especially the younger ones are eager to help one another and are also less political as well. I would say that the perks considering it’s an SME is pretty generous: - Claimable buddy lunches for newcomers - Option to select $350 for flexible benefits - Team bonding activities - CEO also personally has 1-1 lunch with newcomers which I personally think this is a great effort from him as well - Leave provided for training and courses - Overseas trips funded by the company
Cons
- Inflexible with WFH policy - Inadequate support of a HR (HR comes in only once a week) - Lack of standard operating procedures - Structure of the company is primarily based on favouritism not on meritocracy - Some people especially in the higher management just love to play politics
