      Flexible Schedule Free supervision Adequate training Supporting Co-workers

      Disorganized management Inconsistent hours and pay Schedulers make your schedules horrible! (ex: 9am session, 3pm session, 5pm session). So you are there ALL day and only get paid for the 3 hours of client contact) Not understanding of needing time off NO BENEFITS

      Pros

      I started here with my practicum, and stayed through getting my license. The team is great, they treat you really well, you get free trainings and a lot of control over your schedule.

      Cons

      It can be hard to consistently have a full schedule.
