Good company to work - Security Officer Sector Security Services Employee Review

Some good colleagues to work with, pay always on time and contracted hours, good sites

Long hours, some lazy guards, communication issues with the company, lack of respect and understanding, once worked a 19 shifts without a day off, so there is plenty of work, but don't expect a good work life balance and a word of advice "don't complain" Training is for the management, but in my post I was training new guards on various sites. The performance checks that the supervisor makes regularly are all marked as a 3 out of 5, everyone has the same score and in my opinion is wrong and so said one of their clients, if you want respect, i'd avoid this company.

Plenty of work if you want it

No respect for employees and you get bullied into working when you don't want to. They make you work when they want . 7 days sometimes. Without a care for how you feel. Would not recommend anyone to work for this company at the moment. I will be leaving soon as I am able. So dissorganised . To many contracts and not enough people. So the employees they have suffer for it. There are better companies out there who will treat you better. Don't go for this one.
