Pros
Some good colleagues to work with, pay always on time and contracted hours,
good sites
Cons
Long hours, some lazy guards, communication issues with the company, lack of respect and understanding, once worked a 19 shifts without a day off, so there is plenty of work, but don't expect a good work life balance and a word of advice "don't complain"
Training is for the management, but in my post I was training new guards on various sites.
The performance checks that the supervisor makes regularly are all marked as a 3 out of 5, everyone has the same score and in my opinion is wrong and so said one of their clients, if you want respect, i'd avoid this company.
