Amazing people Superb camaraderie Wonderful team spirit Reading some of the negative reviews here, I doubt they were longterm employees. The truth is that the people are fantastic.

Chaotic Long hours Indecisive management Poor staff welfare (lots of burn out) Slowly losing its soul and becoming more corporate Changing so it's become less about the passion and more about trying to save your job
