-> Understand corporate mindset better ( leads are from multiple big-time companies, always compelled to share their knowledge and experience )

-> Work-life balance ( they only disturb for minor things but that happens once in a blue moon )
-> Great co-workers ( mostly gen-zs can communicate easily without feeling critiqued )

- There are minor leeways on occasions ( early departure on days before festive seasons on occasion / if work is done, should be okay to clock in a tiny bit later )
Cons
-> CEOs occasional mood swings, tries to dictate how someone should be working in the office on occasions or bad days.
->Random threats and derogatory ( sometimes remarks if an assumption of "poor performance" was made because someone checks on their phones for a bit, only when bad day or deadline is off ( last part is somewhat understandable ) of course )
