Pros
Most of the people working at head office are very friendly and enjoyable to work with. They try to create a sense of community with a Monday morning meeting to discuss changes happening within the company.
Cons
The VP's are non-approachable and behave in a manner that suggests they feel like they are superior. Most plans of execution are unorganized; you receive very little direction. Communication is poor and there is little follow up. Your voice and concerns seemingly do not matter; if you voice concerns, you are conveniently laid off.
