      Pros

      Was exciting as they offered competitive interest rates, with low closing costs. They did all internet marketing

      Cons

      Had no idea how to close a loan. Blamed all of the loan officers when branches could not meet goals. Management had no idea what it was doing. Completely toxic environment. Has had massive layoffs and class action lawsuits with at least 3 large group of employees that are known.

      Pros

      Problems will arise, just like anywhere you work. The difference here is that they are addressed PROMPTLY and you are able to get quick solutions. You have a voice here and upper management does listen. New products are being reviewed and rolled out consistently. The culture provides for many benefits that other places don't think about. They are about wellness and balance for employees. Marketing tools are fantastic…
