Pros
Employed under the original owners for 10 years was a great opportunity to learn and understand the manufacturing industry and markets with an extensite support system. I enjoyed my co-workers, and the freedom of creative thinking.
Cons
Under the new ownership of Tonka Bay, now a majority shareholder. The moral of the majority of management has dropped significantly. Seems they have adopted a "my way or the highway" policy. Squelching the creative thinking while minimizing management manpower. After 10 years of high level devotion, I was laid-off without notice.
