I have been with the University for 9 years. Great work/life balance. Mission drive university that cares for its students and employees. My daily interactions with colleagues is great.

Low pay compared to other institutions. The more aligned individuals are with the mission and Jesuit principles, the better the daily experience will be.

Love my team, love the people I work with> Work Life balance is amazing as I have a great manager who takes care of their team.
