      Pros

      Great bosses. But that was a result of my department. Conference and Event Services is one of the few departments that are efficiently and effectively run.

      Cons

      Few. Just the normal paperwork, trainings, and other shenanigans that come with working for a large institution.

      Pros

      I have been with the University for 9 years. Great work/life balance. Mission drive university that cares for its students and employees. My daily interactions with colleagues is great.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to other institutions. The more aligned individuals are with the mission and Jesuit principles, the better the daily experience will be.
