Cons
•Management do everything verbally.
•Management will always flip any situation so they can criticize you. If you do as you were told (opposite of established procedure) you lose either way.
•HR and upper management sweep any complaints under the rug.
•One supervisor has been reported to HR with formal complaints by 4 different
employees once each in 2 years and all complaints get swept under the rug.
•HR do not participate in disciplinary meetings or termination meetings.
• Company only cares about quotas and dismisses any reason for not meeting quota.
