Good place to learn for the short term.

Very toxic work environment with unrealistic expectations from both staff and management. Significant lack of communication from bosses and poor teamwork. Terrible work-life balance; full-time salaried employees are expected to work longer hours without compensation or overtime pay. Pay is very low and does not match market rates. Ineffective HR system and terrible PTO package. Extremely low pay raises and no improvements shown by the company. High turnover rate and unsafe working conditions in the shipyard. High-paced work environment with an unhealthy work culture. Staff are very impatient to help one another. The company is not stable enough to maintain constant projects every year, which ends with layoffs. Poor company reputation. Work-Life Balance: Terrible, with long hours and no compensation for overtime. Career Growth: Limited due to low pay raises and lack of improvements. Overall Experience: While it can be a good place to learn in the short term, the toxic work environment, poor communication, low pay, and unsafe conditions make it a challenging place to work. I would not recommend it for long-term employment.
