Draconian rules on no tea break and to start work on time; security guard mobilised to chase workers out of canteen 10mins before work starts. Far from town, limited food choices in canteen No work from home option. Unbalanced diversity - whole department of Indian nationalities in office import their poor culture lead to unpleasant contacts.
