Pros
Some of the staff were a joy to work with and had a great personality. You could tell they loved what they did and were good at it. It was a joy to interact with the patients and their families.
Cons
The management was terrible!!! The pay was terrible!! No one is trained and if you mess up, it's your own fault. The front office staff were the worst group of people I have ever worked with and not only acted unprofessional but also had inappropriate conversation. Also, when I signed my offer letter, the job I was supposed to be hired to do, was not the job I ended up doing.
