Pros

Some good people to work with in store environment and decent pay, but not decent enough to put up with regional management.

Cons

upper management is terrible, no people skills what so ever. Treat you like dirt, more concerned with metrics then customers.but terrible delivery, and service. Sears has lost all focus on their customer service.

Good team and good compensation

Cons

The contract is only for 30 days, so it needs to be renewed every month, and we always lose access during the process. This creates some uncertainty for us.

Pros

great people, easy to make friends, lots of variety of work. Training on how to bulid rapport with customers.

Cons

Direct reports require a certain amount of sales without offering any ways of measuring effort. Favorites are played by management.
