Pros
Managment was great at praising a job well done and recognizing an employee for an achievement. Most managers and other employees were friendly and fun to work with.
Cons
It was difficult to get time off - requests had to be in at least 4 weeks prior to date you wanted off, which is sometimes impossible; management could still deny it even if you asked for a day off months in advance. I also noticed a lack of communication between the levels of management.
