Pros
Salary was the best I've ever had. Most of my fellow Associates - the few that were around relative to the work needing to be done - were nice and wanted to help out.
Cons
Senior Management would set completely unrealistic expectations, then berate us for being unable to achieve them rather than take the blame themselves; this created a blame-game mentality within teammates, with each trying to deflect blame for why we weren't able to achieve our numbers. No bonuses due to unrealistic targets. Worst work-life balance of any company I've ever worked. Benefits were essentially non-existent.
