There is lots of opportunity here it's just about working hard and putting the effort in. From day one you will feel part of a team and a collective aiming for the same goals. You'll also get a nickname within your first few months that will mostly be the only name you start to go by, should make you feel a bit more at home. For my first role in recruitment I'd consider myself very lucky that I got to work for Searchability and not somewhere corporate. I learnt a lot, had a good relationship with colleagues and was given more opportunities than most. Overall definitely a business I'd recommend working for.
