Pros
- good starting ground for learning the ins and outs of PPC - management is good at responding to changes in the ppc landscape, people are expected to learn new strategies and tools as they surface. This keeps AMs in the know. - people are helpful and friendly - most clients are easy to work with
Cons
-extremely stressful job, expect to work 12 hour days to keep up with the demands of the Account manager role - org chart is pretty much flat, not much higher to go than a director title for most people, titles are pretty much given on top of an account manager role so people in higher roles are essentially team managers with their own book and a title. Also not much leadership training. - AMs are only trained on their proprietary software which isn’t used at any other company - Leadership team isn’t very diverse. It’s pretty much a group of white men.
