Search does a great job listening to the staff and meeting their needs. For as little as the government funds programs like Search, they thinks of creative ways to make staff feel appreciated. In every job you work with people who have different opinions which can make the job difficult. There are trainings provided that help encourage staff to gain professional development. The individuals are the main reason to stay. Making a difference in their lives and seeing positive changes.
