Cons
• Poor CTC structure — inflated packages with large variable components and bonuses, which are paid with 100 of conditions and which can change without any notice. • Low salary and increments. • Salaries are paid on 3rd and sometime late till 7th (once). • Lack of managerial and HR support. • No recognition or reviews, no defined standards, nonexisting work-life balance. • Variable pay is delayed by three months, resulting in receiving older variable amounts even after salary revisions. • No discussions around annual reviews or salary revisions — changes appear arbitrarily in your payslip as surprise, and revision letters are issued well after payday. • Unstable management — employee retention is poor. • Serious lack of experienced senior-level professionals, the company primarily hires through campus recruitment, leaving new employees to manage on their own. • No compensation for overtime, weekend work, or work done on public holidays, have to ask explicitly for comp off.
