Pros
None, realistically none. Pay is below standard, and benefits aren't great.
Cons
They do not trust you as an employee, and everything is monitored. They prefer you to be on your screen for hours at a time and treat all jobs the same. The culture on paper looks great, and they have some terrific people, but all of the executives are more focused on making sure you can sit in your seat rather than the problems you can solve.
