3yWe regret that you haven't had a better experience with us. We aim to be fully transparent on the role expectations during the interview process, and we're sorry to hear you felt misled. Our leadership does not see any employee as just a number. Our employees are what makes our company, and our leadership recognizes that our employees are the reason for the continued success. Our leaders are eager for employee feedback, which is why we send out anonymous surveys regularly. These surveys get reviewed by leaders so we can make changes where we see there's a need.
