Pros
I've been with Seamless for over a year and genuinely have not loved working anywhere else as much as I enjoy Seamless.AI. I've worked at a few different Saas companies and I believe Seamless truly has the best culture that I've been a part of so far. Leadership is excellent and I wake up happy to work each and every day. Tons of opportunity for growth when you put the work in and I still have a good work/life balance.
Cons
There are growing pains with a startup but I appreciate them as they allow us to change and learn as we grow. No real negatives!
