Pros
If you're looking for the chance to advance your career and really put your mark on a company then this is right place to be. Typical "Work Hard, Play Hard" mentality you hear everywhere these days but it really does apply here. Management listens to their subject matter experts and does a solid job of managing without interfering in what you need to do.
Cons
If you're looking for a 9-5, finish the day and go home kind of job you're not looking in the right place. Most of us work in excess of 40 hours a week, but mostly due to us all wanting the company to succeed. Benefits are kind of weak for PTO.
