Pros

- Good job to get your feet wet for a couple months - learn how to be a hustler on the phones but that’s about it.

Cons

-Pay is straight garbage -Management will promote you and then take away your promotion after a month because they decided they no longer want to do it that way lol -Super cheap and don’t really care for their employees, told me I’d be shipped a presidents club award and then proceeded to stop the motion for rewarding SDRs -So many people reach out complaining about the product and how bad it is, also they nickel and dime every customer until there subscription is finally cancelled. -AEs will randomly DQ a meeting and theirs now power to the SDR in overturning it. -So much favoritism it’s not even funny -The product really has no competitive edge, the only reason employees belive in it is because they have been brainwashed. -No company retreats, once again super cheap. Have quarterly all hands that only lasts a day -Management is constantly changing quotas and teams, seems like they are constantly scatter brained about the process. - Inbound reps gets paid way more and do way less work than a normal SDR -In a google meet with your team 24/7 365 -In meetings they always repeat the same thing day in and day out - The churn is insane, SDRs get burnt out after a few months and then they hire like 20 more at a time

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
