Pros
I haven't been a seamless very long but I am impressed with everything I have seen. As far as the product team is concerned. The VP makes efforts to show that he cares about the team and the culture. There are definitely areas that could be improved but that's a good thing, I wouldn't have a job if there weren't. Overall, it seems like a great place innovate.
Cons
Pay is a bit under what I had expected but not bad for Ohio. I wish there were more opportunities to get together as a whole time. Remote is great but it is nice to hang out with the people you work with. On the bright side this is something I have heard discussed.
