Very open work culture where Improvements and ideas are accepted and appreciated. Steep learning curve. Lots of tools and technology to deal with. Good exposure. One gets the whole idea of from the inception of the software to it's deployment.Thus getting an exposed to the product build pipe line and the deployment architecture. Cons
At times have to work one boring( technically less challenging ) things but that's the case in almost most of the companies. Less on site opportunities which is again the case in all Product based companies.
