Pros
The general vibe is really good, people are friendly and helpful. There's flexibility in working hours for engineers and techs and there is good work life balance. They're generally understanding to people with families. The equipment are quite high tech and the work is quite interesting.
Cons
Training is not great, the company tends to mainly hire inexperienced engineers to pay them as less as possible and the pay rises are low, so after a few years when employees get experience, they move to a better paying job. Career progression is really slow, unless you sacrifice the work life balance. Management is mostly clueless on how to help you advance your career or give any helpful feedback aside from the usual corporate speak.
