      Pros

      Owned by a few people local to area and not a multi state national corporation. They care about their people. They care about their product.

      Cons

      None off top of my head. It is a production line so can get dirty if you’re on that side.

      Work life balance only .

      Cons

      Lots of cons if you work on the production floor . You only get promoted if you are buddies with the management or if you are on their good side .
